Is this another CRM with AI bolted on?
No. MenteIQ is AI-native from Day 1. Chat is THE interface, not a sidebar. We built the entire system around AI from the ground up.
What AI models do you support?
GPT-4, Claude 3.5, and Gemini Pro. You choose per conversation. Pro and Business tiers get access to all models.
How does RAG work?
Upload your docs (PDF, TXT, MD). We chunk, embed, and index them using pgvector. Ask questions, get answers with source citations.
Do you support Swiss QR-Bills?
Yes, natively. Not a plugin or workaround. Swiss QR-Bill generation is built into the core invoicing system.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. CSV, Excel, vCard. Drag-and-drop with column mapping. Import from any CRM.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export everything (contacts, invoices, documents) as JSON/ZIP. GDPR-compliant. No vendor lock-in.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet. Responsive web works great on mobile. Native app on roadmap for v2.0.
What's the difference between vertical packs?
Each pack adds industry-specific workflows. Consultant Pack has SOW templates and hourly tracking. Insurance Pack has policy tracking and renewal alerts. Accounting Pack has client vault and tax calendar. Agency Pack has team capacity and retainer tracking.
